The Bolivar line of cigars was introduced in Havana, Cuba 1901 by Simon Bolivar, a celebrated Venezuelan warrior. The new 2005 blend features a filler from Nicaragua and Honduras, hand-rolled in the Dominican Republic, and held together with Connecticut medio tempio binder.
